I am looking for a pair of free parakeets with cage. I am an avid bird lover and have a 14 year old cockatoo. I don't have a car so I would need them delivered. I have a med/lg hot pink PTSD service dog kit that includes the vest, ID card and a matching leash and collar I can trade for the parakeets and cage.
